The Hedgerow Theatre in Media, Pa. is one of our fave haunts during the holiday season. Dickens played out in an old grist mill within a 25-30 mile radius of Philly – still not too late!!!!

    • oooh, thanks for the tip EP! Media is one darling little town, I love the “Deals” 5&10 store – may have to make a visit and do some holiday shopping while I’m there too!

Oh how I loved going to Wannamakers as a kid with my grandmother. I didn’t know that Macys kept the display. I’ll have to take my daughter someday. We live close to the National Christmas Center, I love that place. The 5 & 10 room is my favorite!

Thanks for the info, I am always looking at places to take the kids for the holidays! The light show at the old Wanamakers was my favorite as a child.
