I wasn’t familiar with these before your post but guess what ….? I just found out that my father briefly lived in one when he was stationed at Quantico! He passed away several years ago . . . but I’ll try to see if anyone in the family has pictures!
Oh very cool! I don’t know when I first became aware of Lustrons, but this house totally caught my eye as we were driving by. Thanks for the link, I’ll have to check it out- and who knows, maybe if we win Powerball we’ll be able to afford 2 houses- the Hacienda and a Lustron – we could have a real sized Cat’s Meow village 🙂
