The screen is still up and the zig zag roof remains, I must be sitting in what once was the concession line.
I haven’t been on these grounds since I’d sneak in and take photos after it had closed down in the mid 1980’s!
Now I’m waiting for RetroRoadsis and the roadkids to pick me up from my airport ride.

March 25, 2011 at 4:06 pmFor a short period in the 1990’s there was a cool little miniature golf place on the grounds with the Logan Shuttle.

March 25, 2011 at 6:05 pmThere was a mini golf and trampoline feature there in the early sixties. Used to watch the movies from the moving car, as we drove home from visiting my grandmother and great aunts. Saw “Mr. Limpit” with Don Knotts there, among many other films. Excellent retro skeleton, thanks!

March 27, 2011 at 9:21 pmThat’s right, you guys must’ve driven past this place all the time to and from Dedham. I went there once maybe twice when it was open, and took photos after it closed – the minigolf area was still there and overgrown. How cool to see Mr Limpit on the big screen – I loved that movie when it was on channel 56!
