When we were in fafafareezing Minneapolis we wanted a place where we could hang out inside - in the warmth - but also do something. Thank goodness for Bryant Lake Bowl! Opened originally in 1936, this is the type of place I wish we had in our area back in PA.
Here we were able to not only warm up, but grab a drink and a bite - alleyside - and pretend to work off a calorie while bowling! If we had timed it right we could've seen a show in their theater area, or just ordered food and dined in the front room. But we like to pretend we're sporty, so we bowled!
Open from 8am-2am every day, they've got a large menu with many vegetarian, vegan, and meat options for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
They've also got good hearts! "We give to non-profit and community organizations related to hunger, social justice, the arts, the environment and sustainability." I love that.
Stop by and you'll quickly see why this is a Retro Roadmap fave!
