Maine Idyll Motor Court – You Are My Ideal!

Mod Betty has ALWAYS had a soft spot for these little collections of Monopoly Houses that dot the vacation landscape, but they're getting fewer and farther inbetween. That is why I was delighted to have an excuse to stay in one of these "adorbs abodes" during our recent visit to Maine "Vacationland."

The Maine Idyll Motor Court has been delighting repeat guests and new visitors since 1932, and is still family owned and operated. Open from early May to late October, there's still plenty of time this season to step back in time here just north of Freeport.
