A sweet Retro spot for ice cream with a neon sign AND a giant Muffler Man? Mod Betty is there!

Housed in a building that once was a mower repair shop The Inside Scoop opened in 2009. Serving ice cream and coffee / tea / soda year round, it's a great place to stop when driving up Route 309.  You can't miss Giant "Chip" their Muffler Man / scooper who was installed here in 2018, he's definitely a roadside attraction!

When you step in you'll see that it is got that fun 1950s flair with knotty pine paneling, boomerang countertops, glittery tufted booths, and spinning counter stools.

Find yourself a seat there after you get your ice cream, or nestle into one of the booths.

What a swell place!
