Beth, I never ate there but I did get some nice interior and exterior shots when I was travelling with John Baeder from New York to Nashville back in 1983. (No cars & decent light).
Actually I did not poll my friends on Facebook, I only was ruminating about where to go. Denise and I went to the Deluxe Town Diner in Watertown and had a great but slightly more expensive breakfast than usual.
My best friend and I travel all the time. While the stuff we travel to see might not be considered “retro”, it is however always an adventure. We LOVE diners, especially “old school” diners. I’ll have to remember this one when we make our visit to Lancaster!
(in case you need to know t-shirt info, would love black one in size XL if I should happen to be one of the lucky winners)

October 4, 2009 at 1:35 pmDinerman, I’m there with you on the area- it’s one of my faves, with the vintage roadside stuff and farms. Perfect for a drive on a sunny fall day like today! Makes me want to go get pumpkins 🙂
I’ll visit the Neptune soon too!
