Open from 6am - 2pm daily, the authentic vintage diner known as the West Side Diner in Providence RI is a Kullman built diner from the late 1940s. Originally known as Poirier’s, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
And it's wicked hard to get a photo of, with the sun in my eyes, but I tried my best!
It was moved here from its original location on Atwells Ave and restored. Open for Breakfast and Lunch, it's a bustling place!
It was so busy when we visited it was hard to get a photo without intruding on people's privacy, so here's a shot of their classic swivel stools. There's also a larger dining room in the back.
